Job Description
PCYC Capricorn Coast in Yeppoon seeks a Leadership Development Facilitator to deliver safety‐driven experiential learning and adventure‐based programs for young people. You will support program planning and logistics while fostering a welcoming, positive atmosphere that promotes belonging and growth within the community.

We value accreditation in outdoor recreation, group facilitation across ages, and a commitment to safeguarding. A current First Aid/CPR and Blue Card are required or obtainable.
