About the Role n
As a key member of our practice, you will support our accountants and clients by managing day-to-day bookkeeping functions with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to client service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a public practice environment and thrives on variety.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a range of clients
n
Process accounts payable and receivable
n
Bank and credit card reconciliations
n
BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement
n
Payroll processing and superannuation compliance
n
Maintain accurate financial records and client files
n
Assist accountants with year-end preparation




n
Communicate with clients regarding queries and documentation
n
About You n
You'll be someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys building client relationships, and can manage multiple tasks with confidence.
Essential skills and experience: n
n
Previous bookkeeping experience within an accounting firm or similar environment
n
Solid knowledge of GST, BAS, and payroll
n
Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar)
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
n

Experience working in a public practice environment
