About the Role n
This is an opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights and influencing business outcomes.
n
This role is responsible for delivering operational and management reporting, analysing business performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. You'll play a key role in supporting business improvement initiatives through robust data analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities include: n
n
Developing and maintaining business performance reporting and dashboards.
n
Collecting, auditing, analysing, and interpreting large data sets from multiple systems.
n
Providing insights, commentary, and recommendations on business performance trends.
n
Supporting compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
n
Developing and maintaining information systems and reporting processes.
n
Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven solutions.
n
Responding to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests across the business.
n
Using contemporary reporting and visualisation tools to communicate insights effectively.
n
About You n
We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys solving business problems through data. You can work independently, making recommendations, and communicating business insights with clarity.
You'll bring: n
n
Significant experience (5 years plus) in a Business Analyst or related analytical role.
n
Strong SQL and relational database skills.
n
Experience working with Oracle databases and advanced Excel.
n
Exposure to reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or similar platforms.
n
Solid analytical and statistical problem-solving capability.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
The ability to translate data into business insights and practical recommendations.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
n
