Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our busy Tobacco and Gift store, including a newsagency, located in Bathurst, NSW.

Key Details:
n • Position: Retail Manager
n • Employment: Full-time
n • Salary: $80,000 - $82,000 per annum
n • Location: Bathurst, NSW
n
Duties include:
n • Overseeing daily store operations
n • Managing staff and rosters
n • Stock control and supplier coordination
n • Ensuring high levels of customer service
n • Meeting sales and compliance standards.
n
Requirements:
n • Minimum Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field
n • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role
n • Strong customer service and team leadership skills
n • Experience in tobacco or speciality retail preferred.
n
NSW Lotteries training is mandatory.
