AB Workforce requires a casual Business Development role to work out of the office in Pakenham with an immediate start. The role is 3-4 days per week.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the client base
Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements and staffing needs
Respond confidently and professionally to all incoming client enquiries via phone and email
Prepare and send qualified business proposals, quotations, service agreements and follow up correspondence
Maintain accurate records of client communications
Resolve all client concerns promptly
About you
Previous experience in a recruitment agency, trades background and/or sales
Communication and negotiation skills
Organisational and time management skills
