We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at
SmartClinics Manunda
on a
Casual
basis.
n
This clinic offer a wide range of healthcare services for all aged patients, including but not limited to spider vein treatment, wound management, family planning and general health.
SmartClinics Manunda
has 5 highly experienced and dedicated doctors located in-clinic.
In this role you will: n
n
Deliver exceptional patient service at all times
n
Efficiently and confidentially manage patient data, appointments and follow procedures
n
Provide a seamless service to patients whilst ensuring clinic operations, and doctor workload is effectively managed at all times
n
Process patients billings/receipts
n
Assist doctors with day to day administrative support and take an active part in working closely with other team members to manage daily tasks.
n
Function in a highly organised and time-efficient manner at all times.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have: n
n




Flexibility and able to work clinics hours between 8am and 5:30pm (availability on Thursday and Friday essential)
n
Professional, friendly, confident, and courteous manner
n
High work ethic and flexibility with work hours
n
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritise
n
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
n
High level of computer literacy
n
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work in a diverse team and independently
n
Previous Medical Reception experience or similar is preferred
n
Enthusiasm, willingness, and ability to learn and retain information
n
