Avina offers a 12-month Graduate Program for Occupational Therapists in Current South Wales, including a structured 9-week onboarding and gradual caseload ramp-up across community and clinic settings. You'll receive regular supervision, shadowing and supported practice, with peer connection and opportunities to build confidence in your clinical identity within Avina's multidisciplinary teams.
