highly experienced Strategic Key Accounts Manager
at our vibrant

office! Located conveniently at

Your purpose:
n
Main contact for key accounts assigned
n
Co-ordinate required customer reporting for customer review meetings
n
Monitor customer requirements and KPI's
n
Prepare and present business reviews
n
Respond to customer queries
n
Construct account plans for key accounts
n
Continuously analyse the supply chain to identify new development opportunities
n
Ensure new accounts are implemented within the timeframes specified in implementation plan
n
Assist Management team members as required on other implementation and pre/post implementation projects
n
Monitor and report monthly client performance against budget and action plans
n
Develop strategic initiatives for client profitability
n
Develop lean initiatives to heighten the customer experience
n
You'll bring:
n
Proven financial knowledge and experience
n
Project and people management skills
n
Cargo wise experience – highly regarded
n
10 years+ of Supply Chain operational and customer solutions knowledge
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Passion, initiative, and drive to continuously develop and service clients with creativity and innovation
n
Knowledge of the Australia business, freight forwarding and logistics market
n
