Trainer & Assessor - Aged Care & orCommunity Services
to join our growing
Registered Training Organisation (RTO ****)
based in
Moonah.
n
This rewarding role involves delivering high-quality training and assessment services to both existing workers and job seekers looking to build meaningful careers in the community services and aged care sectors.
Qualifications Delivered n
The successful applicant will deliver and assess the following nationally recognised qualifications:

CHC***** Certificate III in Community Services and / or
n
CHC***** Certificate III in Individual Support
n
Hours:Full-time or Part time (negotiable) n

Essential Requirements: n
n
Hold a
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****, TAE*****, TAE***** or its successor)
,



or a diploma or higher‐level qualification in adult or vocational education and training.
n
n
(The successful incumbent is to hold qualifications that meet the training and assessment credentials as specified in Item 1A of the Credential Policy of the Standards for RTOs ****).
n
n
sound knowledge of the requirements of the Standards for RTOs ****
.
n
Extensive and current industry experience and
relevant vocational competencies
are essential.
n
It is a requirement of the position to undertake an Australian Federal Police (AFP)
National Police Check
prior to appointment.
n
A Current Employment Based
Working with Vulnerable People
licence also required.
n
Current
driver's licence
.
n

Experience in design and delivery of learning programs.
n
High level of interpersonal skills.
n
Excellent problem-solving skills.
n
Well-developed skills in Microsoft office programs.
n
Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as a member of a team.
n
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
n
