Why IFYS (Urban Angels)?
Urban Angels Community Kitchen is a platform for bringing the community together, creating and distributing a ready stock of nutritious frozen meals for people who need support.
UACK was developed from understanding the challenges faced where, as a result of illness, trauma or other significant difficulty, it becomes an ordeal to arrange a nutritious, balanced meal.
Feedback from recipients indicates that this gesture can have a profound impact, helping people in distress feel supported and move toward healing.
The compassion of our volunteers is embedded in every meal they prepare and distribute, extending care and connection far beyond the food itself.
