Eastern Health is seeking a Pharmacist - Formulary & Medicines Strategy to support the Senior Pharmacist in developing and implementing the medicines formulary and strategy.
The role acts as 2IC and coordinates portfolio activities to ensure secure, effective and financially sustainable medicine access.
Responsibilities include formulary decisions, medicine evaluation, access programs and collaboration with clinical services, procurement and other stakeholders.
