The Opportunity
Lead, coach and inspire a passionate team in MEGT's Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP) Division — Australia's largest single provider.
Based in
Southport
and reporting to the
Manager – Assessment Services
, you'll lead a team of Assessment Services Consultants, driving performance, consistency and exceptional customer service for apprentices and employers.
You'll also oversee reporting and documentation requirements and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support quality assessment services.

Please note: This position is a fixed-term parental leave contract until October ****.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is deal for someone who is ready to take the next step and bring their savvy leadership skills, a passion for customer service and the ability to drive efficiency and performance through trailblazing team management including
Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with a desire to engage and empower others
Experience in establishing an understanding of team member workloads, with the ability to reallocate, delegate and / or prioritise accordingly to meet divisional and organisational objectives and deadlines
Proven experience in identifying skills & knowledge gaps of team members, and actively supporting and empowering team members to increase capabilities by providing resources and training when required
Strong understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Program and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector including current trends and change factors impacting the apprenticeship sector will be highly regarded

self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently and building trusted relationship within the community.
You will bring:
Experience in account management, business development, or similar
Strong customer service, communication, and administration skills
A professional, customer-focused approach with solid organisation skills
A results-oriented mindset balanced with integrity and empathy
Knowledge of the VET sector or Australian Apprenticeships (highly regarded)
A current driver's licence and ability to travel
