The Role
Full-time or part-time, with versatile working arrangements
Deliver community-based OT assessments and interventions for NDIS participants
Work across homes, schools, workplaces and community settings
Build a caseload around the demographics and areas you're most passionate about
Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and more
Be backed by a dedicated team leader and OT mentor
Keep your calendar in your hands, with travel between participants kept to around 30 minutes, and later starts where you're travelling so your commute happens in paid time
What You'll Earn
$82,106 – $110,143 + super
, with pay above award rates
Performance incentives of up to $10,000
, plus an extra $80 per hour when you exceed your KPIs (up to 15 hours a month)

Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Valid, unrestricted driver's licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
Demonstrated experience delivering community-based therapy in an NDIS context
