Aseptic Filling Technicians
to join our team at our CSL Behring manufacturing site at Broadmeadows.
Working at our site in Broadmeadows, you will play an important part in helping people with life-threatening illnesses live a full life.
These positions are in our
Filling department (Turner Filling)
, where we are committed to building aseptic excellencein every aspect of our operations.
Reporting to the Filling Coordinator, you will work in a safe, GMP-compliant, and cost-efficient manner to ensure operations are integrated and aligned with the CSL Behring Broadmeadows site strategies and procedures.
These roles are full time, permanent opportunities.
Please Note:
This position is withing a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
These positions involve regular manual handling, prolonged periods of standing, and repetitive physical tasks.
The Role
Ensure your own and others' health, safety, and security at work
Assist production activities so the weekly manufacturing schedule of activities is met
Help develop and implement corrective actions where needed to improve the team's performance goals
Build professional relationships with your team to meet the team's weekly scheduled deliverables




Complete tasks with strict gowning requirements
Maintain a clean work environment of the facility and production lines
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to produce products safely and with the highest quality standards
Your Skills and Experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Experience working in a busy, dynamic team environment with a range of diverse stakeholders
Previous work experience in aseptic filling, laboratory, or manufacturing settings would be highly regarded
TAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential to be successful in this role
A self-starter with a strong focus on safety, quality, details and performance, coupled with a strong desire to learn, succeed and excel
A team player with proven problem-solving, demonstrated initiative and good communication skills
Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate project activities and liaise across functional groups to meet project targets and objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
