Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Service Generalist in Sydney to deliver exceptional service to Owners and Guests across front office and F&B; functions.
You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, manage luggage, and support event and travel bookings with a proactive, friendly attitude.
The role requires prior hospitality experience, RSA and Food Safety certifications, and a versatile roster across a 7-day schedule.
