Founded in ****, RAC currently owns and manages 11 energy generation assets across Australia. Its portfolio comprises 1.6GW of renewable energy assets including gas-fired power stations that provide stability to the renewable energy market. A further 1.8GW of proposed projects is currently under development.

About the role n
RATCH-Australia Corporation Limited is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing organisation.
What you'll be doing n
Prepare annual statutory accounts and monthly management reporting
n
Oversee the preparation of month end reporting for corporate and development project entities.
n
Budgeting and forecasting for projects and corporate entities as part of the annual budget preparation.
n
Management of both external banking and intercompany loan arrangements, including ensuring compliance with undertakings and covenants.
n
Reviewing cashflow and liquidity forecasting management of term deposits
n
Corporate Tax compliance including assistance and liaison with RATCH Thailand on group matters.
n
Reviewing taxation returns including but not limited to:
n
income tax return
n
BAS
n
FBT return
n
Liaison with internal and external tax specialists
n
Management of qualified accountants, junior team members and oversight of accounts payable
What we're looking for n
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
n
CPA or CA qualification or international equivalent
n
Minimum 5 years of experience
n
Solid technical knowledge of financial reporting and/or tax experience acquired in an accounting firm or complex business environment
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
