Lead, mentor, and develop operational site teams

Manage operational budgets, resources, and plant capacity

Coordinate plant maintenance to ensure peak reliability

Build solid relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders

Proven leadership experience within quarry environments

Relevant statutory certificates and quarry management qualifications

Strong commercial acumen and production planning expertise
