Job Description
District Brewer in Bentleigh, VIC is seeking a hands-on Café Manager to lead daily operations and manage a small hospitality team. You will work closely with the owner and Head Chef, ensuring excellent customer experiences while maintaining high service standards.

The role is full time (approximately ***** hours across five days), with a Thursday to Monday roster including weekends. Competitive remuneration is based on experience and reflects autonomy and ownership of the venue.
