Job Description
HERO is seeking a Lead Trainer & Team Leader to drive classroom excellence and lead a national team of Trainers and Assessors. This hands-on role combines training delivery with people leadership and logistical oversight.

You will work directly with HERO's co-founders, travel across Victoria and interstate, recruit and coach trainers, and ensure compliance with RTO/ASQA standards while delivering high-impact first aid training nationwide.
