Full time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Surf Toyota, located on the beautiful Tweed Coast and now operating under new ownership, is seeking a highly motivated
Vehicle Administration and Registration Clerk
to join our growing team.
n
As a valued member of our dealership, you'll work closely with our experienced registration staff and vehicle delivery team in a fast-paced, supportive, and family-owned environment. This role is integral to ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle registrations, coordination of logistics, and maintaining compliance with all administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Coordinate and process new and used vehicle registrations with relevant authorities
n
Manage vehicle documentation and compliance paperwork
n
Liaise with internal departments including sales, service, and delivery
n
Track registration status and maintain accurate records
n




Assist with general administration duties within the delivery department
n
What We're Looking For: n

Prior experience in vehicle registrations is
preferred
but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
n
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
A proactive and positive "can-do" attitude
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
n
Confident communication skills and a professional demeanour
n
