About the Opportunity n
We are looking for the industry's finest Waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in‐class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high‐end restaurant environment,



strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.
Skills & Experience n
n
Experience as a section waitstaff in an a la carte restaurant
n
Premium service experience is highly regarded
n
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
n
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
n
Must have or able to obtain an RSA certificate
n
