What You'll Be Doing n
n
Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service
n
Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
n
Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated
n
Explaining service and repair requirements clearly
n
Preparing customer estimates and invoices
n
Building strong, long-term customer relationships
n
Learning the ins and outs of a busy dealership service department
n

You don't need years of automotive experience - we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
You'll be a great fit if you are: n

Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoy helping people

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

A solid communicator with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, professional and eager to learn

Passionate about cars and interested in developing a career in automotive

Automotive experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right person.
The Hours n
Flexible start/finish times between 7:00am - 6:00pm
