POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Melbourne Walk store. Based in Melbourne, you will lead a large-format, multi-level retail team of about 25 employees, coaching and developing the team while driving exceptional customer experiences and commercial outcomes in a quick-paced environment.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding and training, provide performance feedback, and support store operations and rostering.
