This could be the role you've been waiting for! Our client is a boutique Western Suburbs agency that has continued to grow from strength to strength. They're now looking for an
Assistant / Junior Property Manager
to join their Property Management team and work alongside an experienced and highly supportive Head of Department.
n
This is
not your typical junior role
. You'll get hands-on exposure to all aspects of Property Management, plenty of support and training, and a genuine pathway to managing your
own portfolio
.
About The Role n
n
Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
n
Property management administration and coordination.
n
Invoicing, reporting and property file management.
n
Tracking key dates and compliance requirements.
n
Responding to owner and tenant enquiries.
n
Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
n
Assisting with arrears and funds management.
n
Attending final inspections and home opens.
n
Learning the systems, processes and skills required to become a confident Property Manager.
n
Gradually taking on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grows.
n

own portfolio
.
About You n
We're looking for someone who is keen to build a long-term career in Property Management, not just someone looking for their next job.
You'll Ideally Have n
n




Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
n
Current WA Property Registration – essential.
n
A professional presentation and confident communication style.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
A genuine passion for working with people.
n
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
n
A great work ethic and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
n
Positive computer skills and a tech-savvy approach.
n
The personality and drive to learn, grow and eventually manage your own portfolio.
