What You'll Do:

Here's what a shift looks like for you:

Lead and fire up the crew to smash shift and restaurant targets
n
Keep every burrito, bowl and taco made to our recipe and quality standards, right up until close
n
Run smooth, fast service and hit our speed of service goals
n
Sort out guest complaints quickly so everyone leaves smiling
n
Help train new crew and give honest, kind feedback that helps them grow
n
Stay on top of daily checklists, cash handling and stock on shift
n
Champion food safety and WH&S; so the team and guests are always safe
n
Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready to roll
