Greencross Vets Deeragun is seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
n
As the Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the heart of the client experience and play a key role in ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and smoothly.
n
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and understands the fast‐paced nature of a veterinary clinic.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n




Managing the day-to-day operation of the reception area
n
Coordinating appointments, bookings, and daily schedules
n
Greeting clients and patients and creating a welcoming clinic experience
n
Handling client enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
n
Managing admission and discharge paperwork
n
Processing payments and managing accounts
n
Coordinating client communications and follow-up appointments
n
Supporting workflow between reception, nursing, and veterinary teams
n
Assisting with preventative healthcare reminders and client education
n
Supporting administrative tasks and clinic operations as required
n
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
n
Helping ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered
n
n
This is a role where strong organisation, attention to detail, and relationship‐building skills are essential.

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous experience working within the veterinary industry
n
Has experience in veterinary reception, client care, practice administration, or a similar role
n
Understands veterinary terminology and clinic workflows
n
Has proven reception and customer service experience
n
Is confident coordinating appointments and managing competing priorities
n
Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Is highly organised and detail-oriented
n
Can remain calm and professional in a busy setting
n
Enjoys working collaboratively with veterinarians, nurses, and clients
n




Has experience using veterinary practice management software such as RxWorks (highly regarded)
n
Brings a positive, proactive, and team‐focused attitude
n
n
