About the Role n
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. This role involves providing both one-on-one and group supports to NDIS participants with varying support needs, assisting them to develop skills, increase independence, and engage in meaningful community activities.

Key Responsibilities n
n
Provide person-centred support to participants in their homes and the community.
n
Deliver both individual (1:1) and group-based supports.
n
Assist participants with daily living activities and community access.
n
Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals and increase independence.
n
Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and incident reports as required.
n
Promote participant choice, dignity, and inclusion at all times.




n
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and allied health professionals.
n
Previous experience working in disability support, including both individual and group supports.
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
Current Working with Children Check.
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Desirable Qualifications and Experience n
n
Training and experience in:
n
Personal Care
n
Medication Administration
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or related field.
n
Experience supporting participants with complex support needs.
n
Knowledge of positive behaviour support practices.
n
