Programmed GO in Geelong seeks a Packaging Improvement Technician to drive process improvements in our brewery packaging operations. You will support production teams and deploy best practice changes to keep packaging systems safe and efficient.

Ideal candidates hold a trade qualification (Mech or Elec) with lean manufacturing exposure, solid collaboration skills, and CMMS experience to optimise maintenance and performance.
