Who are we looking for? n
We're working on an exciting assignment with a large national banking client. This is a six month secondment for a Senior Lawyer based in Melbourne.
n
This opportunity will see you get involved in a range of different investigations, disputes and general commercial litigation.
Your responsibilities will include: n
n
Managing files through various stages of the litigation process, from commencement through to settlement or appeal
n
Advising clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution options
n
Drafting pleadings, briefs, correspondence and other litigation documents
n
Conducting legal research and analysing complex legal and factual issues
n
To join us, you will: n
n




Have at least5 years PQEideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms (with robust legal training)
n
Have experience with a range of different disputes and general commercial litigation
n
Possess excellent drafting, legal research and analytical skills
n
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to problem-solving
n
