The short version n
We're hiring a Buyers Agent who invests, lives in the data and has a real view on where the market is heading. You'll source, analyse and secure high-performing investment properties for our clients across multiple states. Every recommendation you make will be backed by numbers you can defend.
About Handle n
Handle Properties helps ambitious professionals build multi-property portfolios through a data-driven, interstate strategy. Our clients are bankers, execs and technology professionals. We're investors first: the founders built $8M+ portfolios by our early 30s. We buy $10M+ of property a month, we're scaling fast, and you'll work directly with the founders.
What you'll own Research that holds up: n
suburb and LGA analysis covering vacancy, supply pipeline, yield, cash flow and growth drivers. You'll use our internal data tools and push them further.
Sourcing and due diligence: n
on and off-market deals across states. A deal only reaches a client if it clears the Handle bar.
Negotiation and execution: n
build agent relationships, submit structured offers fast, negotiate terms that protect the client, and drive deals from offer through to settlement.
Client experience: n
manage multiple clients concurrently, providing a high touch experience from initial brief through to settlement. Keep clients informed at every stage,



clearly explaining the rationale behind recommendations, decisions and negotiations.

feed what you learn back into our research playbook and systems.
What we're looking for n
You own at least one investment property and can walk us through the numbers: why that market, what you paid, the yield, and what you'd do differently.
n
You love the data. You read vacancy rates and DA pipelines for fun, and you've built your own models to compare markets.
n
You have a clear, evidence-backed view on the market right now: rates, credit, supply, migration, which markets are running out of steam, and which are next.
n
Client management or transaction experience (BA, sales agent, finance, investing or high-value sales).
n
You're a strong negotiator who stays calm under pressure and can run multiple deals at once.
n
Full Australian work rights.
What we're not looking for n
Buying on a hunch. "It feels like a good area" doesn't cut it here.

Hard-sell energy. We advise, we don't push stock.

Anyone who hasn't put their own money into property.
