The role: n
Join a agile team delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive alcohol and other drugs (AOD) services in remote communities. Supportservice delivery in Tennant Creek and surrounding areas within a multidisciplinary team, offering timely, culturally appropriate mental health and substance use services, while providing leadership and mentoring to dedicated professionals.
Requirements: n
n
Social Work Degree & AASW registration
n
Extensive experience in clinical services related to mental health and substance use
n
Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and effective work with diverse backgrounds
n
Strong communication, leadership and supervision skills
n
Ability to manage a high-volume, complex workload
n
Police Check and Ochre Card required
n
