Job Description
Aspire People is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Oldbury across the Early Years. The role involves 1:1 and group support to help access learning, build confidence and thrive within a school setting.

The candidate will assist in lesson delivery, support social and emotional development, and work closely with teachers and SENCOs. Qualifications are desirable but not essential, with brand training offered.
