The Role n
We are looking for a Casual Practice Administrator who is
available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
.
n
Additional casual hours may also be available from time to time to assist with annual leave and staff absences.
n
You will play an important role in the day to day operation of the clinic, providing outstanding customer service while supporting both patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities n
n
n
Welcoming patients and providing exceptional front desk service
n
n
Managing appointments and responding to phone and email enquiries
n
n
Processing payments and issuing receipts
n
n
Assisting with Medicare, private health and third-party billing
n
n




Maintaining accurate patient records
n
n
General administrative and reception duties
n
n
Supporting the clinical team with the day to day running of the practice
n
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
n
About You n
We are looking for someone who:
n

n
Is available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
n
n
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
n
n
Is friendly, professional and approachable
n
n
Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
n
n
Has good attention to detail
n
n
Is confident using computers and learning new systems
n
n
Is reliable and works well as part of a team
n
n
Previous experience in administration, reception or a healthcare setting would be highly regarded, but is not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.
