Key Responsibilities: n
n
Personal Care Support:
Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence care.
n
Domestic Assistance:
Perform light household duties, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
n
Health & Wellbeing Support:
Administer medication, support reablement-focused care, and monitor client wellbeing.
n
Social & Emotional Support:
Provide companionship and facilitate community involvement.
n
Care Planning & Documentation:
Follow person-centred care plans and maintain accurate records.
n
Workplace Health & Safety:
Adhere to WHS guidelines and ensure a safe workplace.
n




Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with team members and participate in training and development.
n
What You Need: Essential Qualifications & Requirements: n
n
Current
Australian Driver's Licence
n
Minimum
Certificate III
in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a relevant field
n
Active NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Comprehensively insured vehicle
n
Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded)
n
Previous experience in aged care or disability support (preferred but not essential)
n
