Bethanie Home Care offer a variety of services to ageingAustralians, allowing them to live independently in their own homesthroughout Perth, Geraldton and in the South West.
n
We provide support with day-to-day living including personalcare, domestic assistance and gardening services, as well asrespite services and social support.
n
We are currently seeking a Relief Qualified SupportWorker to provide services across Karrinyup, Innaloo, Doubleviewand the surrounds.
n
You will be ensuring continuity of care across our Home Careservices by providing flexible support where it is needed coveringleave and new clients.
This is: n
n
30 guaranteed minimum hours per week
n
8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
n
Driving throughout the North Metro deliveringin-home support to many and varied clients.
n
Access to a Bethanie fleet vehicle will be providedfor this role
n
About You n
n
Previous experience working in an aged care or communitycare environment
n
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
n
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
n
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to applyfor one)
n
The Role n

Professionally deliver a variety of services including foodpreparation, cleaning and laundry services, personal care, aswell as supporting hobbies, interests and leisureactivities
n
Ensure all living areas of clients' homes are kept clean,tidy and secure from hazards
n
Ensure all personal care tasks and outcomes are met anddocumented appropriately
n
Support clients with transport to appointments
n
Provide social support to clients by spending time doingthe things they love
n
Prioritise a personal connection with clients, ensuringrespect and compassion is shown at all time
n
