Onset Group is looking for a Principal Consultant to lead and grow a Projects & Transformation practice across Project Management, Program Delivery, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis and Transformation leadership.
n
This role is suited to an experienced recruiter who understands the complexity of enterprise change environments and enjoys partnering with clients on large-scale transformation initiatives.
n
You will work closely with enterprise organisations, technology businesses and consulting environments delivering critical transformation programs across Australia.
n
The role:

Build strategic client relationships across transformation and delivery functions
n
Recruit high-performing Project Services professionals across contract and permanent markets
n
Drive account growth and market expansion strategies
n
Develop strong talent communities across PMO, Delivery and Transformation environments
n
Operate as a trusted advisor to clients navigating change and growth
n
n

Have 4+ years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally in Australia)
n
Know your niche or are ready to define it - Recruitment experience within Technology, Transformation or Project Services
n
Solid commercial and client development capability

Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders

High levels of professionalism, ownership and market credibility
n
Ambition to build a significant market presence
