You'll take qualified finance opportunities from initial enquiry through to settlement.
n
Speed matters. Conversion matters. Follow-up matters.
You'll work across: n
n
n
Car & Vehicle Finance
n
New and used vehicles, luxury and prestige cars, business vehicles, commercial fleets, refinancing, dealer purchases and private sales.
n
n
Equipment & Asset Finance
n
Trucks, trailers, machinery, construction equipment, earthmoving equipment, medical equipment, plant,



technology and other business assets.
n
n
Personal Finance
n
Personal loans, debt consolidation, major purchases and other eligible personal lending requirements.
n
You'll: n
n
Respond to qualified leads quickly
n
Convert enquiries into applications
n
Understand the client's requirements and financial position
n
Assess borrowing capacity and credit position
n
Structure the right finance solution
n
Compare lender policy, pricing and turnaround times
n
Prepare and submit quality applicationsManage deals through approval and settlement
n
Liaise with lenders, dealerships and suppliers
n
Negotiate pricing and lending outcomes where appropriate
n
Follow up opportunities consistently
n
Keep clients informed throughout the process
n
Identify cross-sell opportunities across Hello Capital
n
Build repeat and referral business
n
Who we want: n
n

You understand that a qualified lead has value.
n
When a new opportunity hits your pipeline, you pick up the phone.
n
You follow up. You solve problems. You keep the client moving. And you get the deal settled.
n
Ideally, you'll have: n
n
1–2+ years' experience in asset finance, car finance, personal lending, finance broking, dealership finance or lending
n
Solid sales and conversion capability
n
Solid understanding of lender policies and credit processes
n
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
n
Strong CRM and compliance discipline
n
Relevant qualifications and accreditation eligibility
n
n
