Corrective Services NSW, Wellington Correctional Centre, is seeking a Case Management Officer to deliver evidence‐based case management to a diverse offender caseload and develop personalised plans supporting rehabilitation and reduced reoffending.
You will assess risks, needs and strengths, apply motivational interviewing and work with multidisciplinary teams to connect offenders with appropriate programs, while monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
