Snowy 2.0
. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

Snowy 2.0 is the next chapter in the Snowy Scheme's history. It is the largest committed renewable energy project in Australia and will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come. This Iconic Project has and will continue to create its own legacy in Australian history.

Purpose of the Role
n
The Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Systems Auditor is responsible for planning and conducting internal, supplier and subcontractor QHSE audits in alignment with the FGJV QHSE Audit Program and Quality Audit Procedure requirements.
n
Qualifications
n
n
Certified Lead Auditor for AS/NZS ISO ****:**** standard
n
Project Management, Engineering and QHSE qualifications - preferred
n
White Card
n
n
Experience
n
n
Minimum 10 years' experience in QHSE Management related roles on large-scale construction projects
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in QHSE Management system auditing and Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier and subcontractor auditing
n
Demonstrated experience with complex audit processes on large-scale construction project
n
Demonstrable knowledge of relevant AS/NZS and International standards for Quality Management Systems and quality audits (e.g., ISO ****, *****, *****, *****, *****, *****, & *****)
n
Proficiency in the use of proprietary software systems used in audits and assurance activities
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills,
particularly Word and Excel, for audit planning and execution
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present audit information, results, and impact of work to senior management and relevant stakeholders
n
Proficiency in compiling audit checklists related to audit scope elements
n
Exceptional report writing skills and the ability to interpret information from multiple sources and consolidate information
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Good interpersonal skills and adept at working in multicultural teams
n
n
Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct planned audits in alignment with the QHSE audit program and quality audit procedure.
n
Provide QHSE function with timely and comprehensive quality audit data for QHSE reporting purposes.
n
Guide and support FGJV employees and client QHSE function on QHSE audit related matters.
n
Support corrective action processes, including following up on identified non-conformances, workplace inspections and reporting on outcomes and or system effectiveness.
n
Act in a consultative capacity where changes in plant, methods machinery, insurance cover, product or employee development are considered.
n
n
