Peter Pan Literacy Club is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and motivated
Trainer Assessors
to deliver
GCIT White Card training
at our Maryborough site.
n
This role is ideally suited to a
vocational trainer
or industry professional looking for flexible, rewarding work while sharing their knowledge and experience with learners entering the workforce.
Flexible Casual Opportunity n
Training is typically delivered
one day per week
, with occasional additional days available depending on course demand and student enrolments. This arrangement provides flexibility for those seeking part-time or semi-retirement employment.
About the Role n
n
Deliver engaging White Card training programs.
n
Conduct assessments in accordance with training package and regulatory requirements.
n
Support learners to successfully achieve competency outcomes.
n
Provide constructive feedback and guidance.
n




Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
n
Promote safe work practices and workplace readiness.
n
Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
n
Essential Requirements n
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****, TAE***** or equivalent).
n
Demonstrated experience as a VET Trainer and Assessor.
n
Experience delivering
GCIT White Card training
.
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
n
Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities.
n
Commitment to quality training and learner success.
n
