Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Disability Support Worker in Mental Health to provide active support in a SIL setting at Dicky Beach, Caloundra. You will assist clients to build daily living skills, promote independence, and help them achieve NDIS goals with empathy and respect.

Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekends is required, with penalty rates for sleepovers. A Certificate III in IDDS or related field is advantageous, with experience in complex mental health
