Compass Group Australia is looking for an
Analyst - Cloud & Infrastructure
to join our Digital & Technology team.
This role is ideal for an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administrator or Level 2/3 Support professional looking to build their cloud and infrastructure experience within a large enterprise environment.
Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll support critical infrastructure platforms while gaining exposure to cloud technologies and major technology projects.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting AWS, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
Providing Level 3 support for infrastructure incidents and requests
Managing cloud, network and on-premise infrastructure platforms
Supporting Active Directory, Entra ID and access management services
Assisting with backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes
Contributing to infrastructure projects, upgrades and migrations
Developing technical documentation and operational procedures
Identifying opportunities for automation and service improvement
About You
Experience in infrastructure,



systems administration or cloud support
Exposure to AWS and/or Azure environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working across multiple technology domains
Excellent communication and documentation skills
ITIL knowledge and a customer-focused approach
