Pandora is seeking an organised, pro-active Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive a high performing team in our Western Australia store.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent achievement of sales targets.
You will coach and develop staff, manage stock and store procedures, and maintain a welcoming in-store experience that reflects the Pandora brand.
Prior brand retail experience is preferred.
