About the role
As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Nirimba, you'll provide flexible support across the centre, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early learning.
You'll play an important role in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments where children feel secure, supported, and excited to learn.
In this role, you'll:
Contribute to educational programs across the centre
Engage, supervise, and support children throughout the day




Create safe and nurturing learning environments
Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

New, purpose-built centre
located in the heart of Aura on Kabi Kabi Country.
Supporting children across
Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten
learning environments.

What you'll bring
ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Flexibility to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
Willingness to work across different rooms and age groups
Willingness to travel between local Goodstart centres if required
Passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
