VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects.
We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities.
VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
The Opportunity
The Enterprise Platform Lead oversees VIDA Health's Aconex platform, supporting the delivery of major health infrastructure projects across Victoria.
Leading platform governance, administration and service delivery, to ensure Aconex operates as a secure, consistent and high-performing service across the project portfolio.
Working closely with project teams, Oracle, Records Management, Finance and Digital teams, you will drive platform adoption, vendor management, compliance, continuous improvement and best-practice information management.
This role is ideal for a platform leader with strong Aconex expertise and a passion for governance, service excellence and delivering value across large, complex environments!
Lead enterprise governance, standards and continuous improvement for the Aconex platform.
Administer the platform and manage user access, including provisioning, permission sets, user endorsements, periodic access reviews and de-provisioning, in line with VIDA information management and security requirements.




Apply and maintain enterprise-wide standards across projects, including information architecture, metadata, naming conventions, folder structures, filing rules and workflow design, ensuring consistent project configuration and effective change control.
Proven experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, with strong Oracle Aconex expertise and a track record of delivering effective governance, user access management and platform optimisation.
Robust knowledge of records management, information governance and PROV requirements, with experience applying best-practice archival and compliance processes.
Experience leading enterprise platform services, including onboarding, governance, reporting and capability uplift across multiple projects and teams.
Strong Oracle Aconex administration experience, with the ability to independently manage platform configuration, support and continuous improvement.
