Join a premium boutique cleaning team specialising in the meticulous care of luxury private homes and high-end real estate across Melbourne. We're looking for a hands‐on, highly experienced Cleaning Team Leader who takes genuine pride in achieving outstanding results, works at a fast pace, and excels at mentoring a team to do the same.
Locations:
Hawthorn, Kew, Toorak, Brighton, Elwood, St Kilda, South Yarra, South Melbourne—with a regular change of scenery spending 1 to 2 days a week down on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
What We Offer
Premium Casual Rate:
A locked-in rate of $40/hr + superannuation + annual KPI bonus.

What You'll Bring
The Skillset & the Vibe:
At least 3 years' cleaning experience,



including proven team leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience. Energetic, full of initiative, fit, and healthy. You have a sense of humour and a natural ability to pivot when last‐minute schedule changes happen.
Lead & Trainer:
Coordinate a small on‐site team with high energy, setting a excellent example for quality, professionalism, and efficiency. Use your strong leadership skills to mentor team members and provide constructive, supportive on‐the‐job feedback. You are an excellent communicator.
Time-Capped Excellence:
Work quickly alongside your team to complete rapid, meticulous cleans within strictly structured time limits. Ensure premium spaces, decor, and items are arranged beautifully.
Operational Discipline:
Take responsibility for the stocked company vehicle, manage on‐site time tracking, and strictly maintain property security and client confidentiality.
The Essentials:
Reliable, trustworthy, and immaculately well‐presented. Extensive residential or hotel‐quality experience backed by professional references is highly regarded.
The Requirements:
Full Victorian driver's licence (age 25+ for insurance purposes). A current Police Check, valid Australian working rights, and a commitment to stay for at least 12 months (unlocking your loyalty bonuses).
