This is apermanent, full-time salaried role designed for a practical,self-sufficient qualified who takes pride in quality work andwants the variety of multi-site maintenance with the security of astable income and a supportive team behind them.

WHATYOU'LL BE DOING
No two days are the same.
Across a range of our fitnessfacilities throughout Melbourne and the surrounding areas, you'llbe the go-to person keeping things running.
Your work will includea mix of:
General repairs and maintenance — patching, painting, doorhardware, fixtures and fittings
Gym equipment servicing and repairs
Scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
Responding to reactive callouts and urgent on-siteneeds
Supporting new club fit-outs and refurbishments
High-level cleaning, window cleaning, and periodic deepcleaning
Ordering and fitting spare parts
You'll manage your own daily work orders, liaise with club staffand area managers, and have genuine ownership of your region — theindependence of working across multiple sites, without the overheadof running your own business.
WHOWE'RE LOOKING FOR
A trade qualification is not essential — what matters most issolid hands-on experience and a get-it-done attitude.
You may be anexperienced handyman, a maintenance all-rounder, or a tradespersonlooking to move away from sole trading into something more stableand rewarding.
You'll be well suited if you have:
Proven experience in a handyman, general maintenance, ortrade role
Strong practical skills across building maintenance, minorrepairs, and equipment servicing




Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshootproblems on the spot
Experience working across multiple sites or locations
A proactive, independent work style with a strong sense ofownership
Clear communication skills and a professional, positivemanner with site staff
Essential Certifications & Licences
Current Driver's Licence
White Card (Construction Induction)
First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Working at Heights (or equivalent)
Silica Dust Hazard Awareness — *****NAT (mandatory in ACT,desirable elsewhere)
