About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with medical/surgical experience to join our close-knit and supportive team.
In this role, you will:
Work across a rotating roster within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to the local community
Be supported by experienced senior nurses passionate about mentoring and development
Gain valuable rural nursing experience in a rewarding healthcare setting
Enjoy strong professional development opportunities and career progression
Previous in-charge or leadership experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Requirements
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Monthly allocated days off (full-time employees)
4 weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part time employees)
6 weeks annual leave for eligible full-time nurses
Paid parental leave for eligible employees

Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract.
All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions.
If your contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
