About the role
The State Field Manager is directly responsible for leading a team that consists of full time employees (Senior Territory Managers & Territory Managers).
Working as part of the dynamic Mobile Experience Sales team for our client
SAMSUNG
, the State Field Manager will take on ownership and be directly responsible for creating strong cooperative business relationships that lead to sell out and market share growth with our respective partners such as Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, JB HiFi & Harvey Norman Regional, State, Area Managers as well as key licensees and franchisee groups.
About you
Experience in leading high performing teams
Training / Learning and Development experience
Creating strong business plans to achieve sell in and sell out targets within ROI
A self-starter with exceptional people skills and an influencing style,



you may have gained experience working in diverse multi-cultural backgrounds
High level time management skills and the ability to work to critical deadlines are imperative
High level verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills as relationship building and relationship management are high priorities within this team
Ability to create strong sell in and sell out business plans and execute with discipline and excellence
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality training
A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
Ability to travel and be away from home
Able to work extended hours
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
Ideally a bachelor degree.
Preferably in management, marketing or commerce
Technical:
Strong people management and leadership skills
Ability to read data and insights and create strong action plans
Understands and has implemented training methods and techniques used in training/adult learning/education/gamification
Understands and has implemented Customer Purchase Decision Journey execution plans
Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Able to create presentations and deliver to senior management
Ability to create strong relationships with all levels of hierarchy
