Qantas Group is seeking a Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst to support long-term planning of crew activities at our Mascot Campus, under the ASU Level 8/EBA 13 framework.
You will manage pre-allocation, training, leave and crew movements, ensuring rosters meet regulatory and operational requirements.
You will interpret reports, allocate resources under tight deadlines and collaborate with Workforce Planning, Cabin Crew and operations to optimise crew utilisation.
